Last April (26/04/2024) the Environment Protection Agency (US EPA) of the United States of America updated its positions on the reuse of water from municipal waste, industrial uses, etc., for use not only for irrigation but also as a drink. Water can be used for drinking as long as it meets the requirements of the legislation regarding its content of microorganisms and pollutants, regardless of its origin.
